Shipping

We’ll ship your order ASAP.

Generally, orders will ship within one business day and can take up to two business days. Expedited options will ship day-of. However, any order received after 3PM Eastern won’t process till the following business day by default. We’re closed on holidays and weekends. Within 24 hours of shipping, we’ll email you a tracking number.

USA

$9.50 for UPS Ground. $25 for 3-Day Select.

We ship all Ground and 3-Day Select options via UPS (ups.com). Next Day is shipped via UPS Next Day or USPS Priority Mai Express (usps.com) depending on where you’re located. Please note transit time does not include weekends. Contact us at support@ivarpack.com with any questions.

PO Box Note: If you provide a PO Box address, we will ship via the USPS because Post Offices do not accept UPS. Delivery transit time for USPS shipments in the USA is usually 4 to 8 days, however, it may be longer especially during the Pandemic.

International

$25 to Canada. $30 Europe and Asia.

We ship via the United States Postal Service (usps.com) for international orders. Transit time may take 10 or more business days. You will be responsible for customs and duty taxes. International shipping costs are high and are more than twice the cost you see here. However, we’re trying to make it affordable for our customers by absorbing most of this cost for you.

We currently ship to — Canada, Australia, France, Japan, Netherlands, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. Please contact us if your country isn’t listed and we’ll add it.

Other Shipping Details

Unforeseen shipping costs. Sometimes, the cost of shipping to certain destinations is abnormally high. If this is the case for your destination, we will notify you immediately and work to find a resolution. Ultimately, we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund your order.

Tracking your order. Within 24 hours of your package shipping, we will email you a tracking number along with the carrier used (UPS or United States Postal Service). You can track your package at ups.com or usps.com. Please note that UPS tracking numbers begin with “1Z”.

We generally ship within 24 hours of your purchase. However, it could take 2-3 business days. Our warehouse is closed on the weekends and national holidays. If there is a delay, you will be notified immediately. Rest assured, expedited shipping will be processed immediately. However, by default, any orders received after 3pm Eastern will process the next business day.

Please make sure your address is accurate. Sometimes people misspell their address. We’ve seen misspelled names, too! We can’t be responsible for any incorrect delivery addresses provided to us.

There may be delivery delays outside our control. Force Majeure. Think hurricanes, customs delays, or the delivery company lost your package. It happens (rarely). Please cut us some slack in such situations — and trust we will refund any shipping fees and help you immediately.

Sales tax. California sales tax applies because we’re located in California. Note if you buy IVAR on Amazon, you’ll be charged sales tax no matter where you are located.
