Returns

If you’re unhappy with your IVAR, please contact us to initiate your return request. The cost of returning your backpack is on us, however, we have a $5 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Your original shipping cost will not be refunded. Returns must be in the USA and be initiated within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in unused condition with the hangtags attached or accompanying. Please note that we do not accept returns on international orders and the shipping cost for an expedited shipped order is not refundable.

To initiate, please use the below Return Request Form. Once received, allow us 2-5 business days to process. Your approved return request will be followed up with an email containing a pre-paid shipping label. Please see the information below the Return Request Form to guide you through the simple return process.

How to Ship a Return

Only proceed with returning your product once you've submitted your Return Request and we've replied.

You will receive a reply to your return request email containing a UPS Ground pre-paid shipping label PDF and the same instructions listed here. If you have any questions whatsoever, please do not hesitate ask by replying to the Return Request email.

First — Open and print the UPS Ground shipping label. Also print a copy of our return authorization email

Second — Place your backpack, its hangtags, and a printed out copy of your return authorization in the box. Place the backpack in its original plastic bag if possible. Please use the same box we shipped the backpack in as this is a perfect sized box for shipping. If you have to use a different box for some reason, ensure it is a box that fits the backpack without folding it in any way.

Third — Bring the package to a UPS location. Find a “The UPS Store” location nearby. We can also help you find a location.

Fourth — The UPS Store will help you tape up the box and label for you
